Develop and implement strategic plans for existing and future products. Coordinate product support for currently fielded programs. Managed production orders that met or exceeded profit expectations. Worked with vendors to negotiate discounts, mitigate issues, and handle migration to new BOM components. Managing and assembling teams for IRAD projects to find suitable solutions for challenging problems. Find and leverage additional talent and resources to improve current products and help reduce need for 3rd party vendors. Excellent working relationships with technical folks and at pricing estimations for possible new work.
