With over eight years of experience as a Lead Business Execution Consultant at Wells Fargo, I am a seasoned professional in business process improvement, project management, team leadership, and customer service. I hold a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Arizona State University, which equips me with the skills and tools to apply data-driven and systematic methods to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.Currently, I am leading the Paycheck Protection Program Command Center, where I support Wells Fargo\'s efforts to provide relief to small businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. I interact with senior leadership, manage and coach 98 employees, and oversee issue resolution for internal and external customers. I also assist with developing and documenting loan processes, creating process flows, and developing SharePoint technology to track and manage progress. Previously, I was a key contributor to the launch of the Charlotte collections site, where I increased staff size, outperformed quality and performance metrics, and implemented new evaluation and incentive systems. My mission is to leverage my skills and expertise to support Wells Fargo\'s goals and values, and to provide the best possible service to our customers and stakeholders.
