Lead in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Services in the UK - Assessments produced: West Hallington siphon discharge chamber, Loch na Crann spillway, Loch Bad an Sgalaig spillway, Hury spillway, Gorple Lower spillway, Coire Glas PSH upper and lower intakes, Burham clear water tank, Havant Thicket reservoir, Bewl siphon inlet, Kettleton chlorine tank. Reference Design of Coire Glas Pumped Storage Scheme, Scotland (1500 MW)- In charge of CFD studies for the upper and lower intakes, 1D modelling of the water, and checker of the surge analysis and 2D modelling of downstream valley. Design Review of Koysha HPP, Ethiopia (1800 MW)- Responsible for the ‘Hydrology and Hydraulics’ sections in the Inception Report, a technical review of the Basic and Level 1 Design, and for the daily energy production model for different power/reservoir scenarios. Other Works - Responsible for reservoir drawdown optioneering studies: Barden Lower, Draycote and Rivelin Upper; 2D modelling: Fontburn Spillway, Draycote Inundation, Loch Awe Barrage and Earlstoun Canal Break; Checker of other hydraulic studies including Bewl Reservoir Drawdown Scheme.
