Developed and led the revenue assurance strategy for EE interconnect products ensuring alignment with Commercial’s objective. Developed and implemented a comprehensive revenue assurance framework for monitoring EE revenue streams such as Voice, SMS and Interconnect to identify opportunities to optimize revenue. Conducted regular rating and billing assurance validation on EE interconnect products, leading to the recovery of $823.88k in lost revenue by identifying and rectifying billing errors and discrepancies. Established and maintained key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue assurance and fraud detection, leading to improvement in monitoring accuracy. Support the finance team with month-end data requirements for proper billing and assist to optimize existing processes to reduce operational costs. Collaborated with other cross-functional teams; finance, data and operations teams to embed RA controls in their processes.
