As a Case Manager at St. Ann’s Corner of Harm Reduction, I deal with a caseload of diverse individuals with different needs pertaining to harm reduction services, housing, primary care, benefits navigation, health insurance navigation, drug use management, Ryan White services and emotional support. I am in charge of running the Queer Trans Action Group. I co-facilitate the Participant Board Meetings which allow participants to engage with all levels of staff in order to build a community around transparency, healing and action. It is an honor to serve the Bronx and my people.
