ABOUT VICTOR SANTOS
I\'ve always been know as a problem-solver and as someone who will look at things from different perspectives, so I decided to become an Industrial Engineer to better enhance those assets and develop professional skills that involve them. To even further improve this set of skills and also to learn how to better manage time, people and resources, I\'ve graduated as a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma and I am currently a Post-Graduation student at George Brown College in Project Management, which is a course that is allowing me to deepen my knowledge about management methodologies and how to bring most value to clients with them.As a Financial Advisor, I am improving my skills of negotiation and conversion of prospects, communication skills and leadership, as well as enhancing my knowledge in the financial field.I also have experience in retail as a Sales Manager Trainee, where I\'ve learned how to be customer-centric, strategic about my team and resources, along with how to work in a fast-paced environment and the best ways to become a leader of a diverse team, having the opportunity of leading a group of 22 employees.As a Controller Intern, attention to detail and time management were imperative skills to have, which I\'ve had the opportunity of developing throughout the experience, along with continuous improvement of all the processes in the sector.At the moment, I am in pursuit of a work experience in the field of Project Management, which is a field I am very passionate about, so that I can enhance and apply everything I\'m learning, and improve my knowledge even further as a Project professional so that I can follow this passion as a career.
