New Product developments and new vendor developments• Responsible for range selection, planning, buy and OTB for the new season merchandise• Visiting vendor factories to review and check status, quality of samples and bulk production to ensure the availability of stock in time.• Regular Market Visits to understand the trend movements as well as store visits, and interaction with customers to take the feedbacks on the products.• Maintaining MIS by preparing & analyzing weekly & monthly reports like- inward report, sale through report product wise and category wise, analyze best seller.• Day to day interaction with warehouse team & Store team to know the status of stock dispatch & stock requirement.• Eyes on Sale thru & product life: Base stock, Sales trend, Awareness of local festivals and other factors• Sample development and giving approvals (Style, fit, fabric, trims & quality). Regular & active follow ups/status update with the vendors.• Inventory total inventory should not be more than number of days (selling price) based on respective monthly of Ros (rate of sale).• Store visit- Guiding store team to product display and new product knowledge.• Ensuring range and stock levels are maintained as per the business requirement, Inventory management; Vendor Development, Vendor Management.• Vendor performance Strength for tot sales performance Margin performance, freshness index inventor (out right & consignment) performance intimation of joint business plan.• Product Quality & Costing
