Every morning I wake up and I think about value. Value created, value exchanged, and value negotiated. As a business consultant specializing in process improvement and organizational efficiency, my process is always the same. Is what I\'m doing creating value for the client and for their customers? When I take on a new client or project, what is the expected outcome, and what are the OKRs that I am aiming for? Is the value created greater than the opportunity cost? Doing this has kept me grounded and allowed me to grow in all my roles; as a project coordinator managing million dollar clients in health supplements, as a business consultant for 5+ restaurants, and even as a manager training new agents while achieving top sales in life insurance. Seeking out value and creating it for others has allowed me to work closely with different stakeholders across multiple cross-functional teams and leverage my experience to create meaningful outcomes.
