ABOUT VICTOR LINTON
Currently working on the smooth integration of First Republic and JPMC, with a focus on Stronger Together. Victor has 16+ years of experience in the audit profession both in industry (First Republic) and public accounting (Deloitte), executing a variety of engagements ranging from Consent Order(s)/regulatory remediation reviews and testing, internal audits, SOX 404 implementation and compliance testing, mortgage and student loans lookback reviews, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) assessments, to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) assessments. Most recently, Victor stood-up the standalone SOX Program in the Office of the CFO at First Republic Bank with oversight across all business units. This included development and documentation of 400+ SOX Controls and participating in multiple enterprise-wide implementations (core banking systems and new accounting standards). Victor also led the implementation of a state-of-the-art SOX Program workflow automation solution (SOXHub by AuditBoard).
