I am passionate about serving the needs of customers and creating value for businesses in the field of medical supplementation. As the Head of Customer Service a.i, I am leading the innovation and continuous improvement of FitForMe\'s customer service department. As the Head of Buy & Build and Customer Service at FitForMe, I lead the acquisition and integration process of new companies. I leverage my strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills that I gained from being a strategy consultant at Roland Berger, where I worked on different 25+ strategic projects, predominantly in strategy development, venture investing and process improvement, across various geographies. At Roland Berger, I was selected to be part of the Challenge Club, an initiative to promote continued professional development within the company. I am motivated by the mission of FitForMe to improve the quality of life of patients suffering a medical condition. I bring a goal-oriented, hands-on and team-driven approach to FitForMe. I am fluent in Dutch and English and working proficient in Italian, and I have graduated cum laude in Financial Economics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
