Within the support and services department in the Military division of Safran Aircraft Engines, I- Help to manage the development of services from its deployment phase with customers to the contractualization of the service- Help to manage POCs (Proof Of Concept) with targeted customers-Conduct internal and customer added value analyses- Contribute to the search and benchmark analysis for innovative solutions related to improving the customer experience-Develop of a customer journey roadmap -Contribute to meeting objectives, technical requirements, costs, quality and development deadlines
