I am a problem solver at heart, thriving on the challenges that complex issues present and treating them as intricate puzzles to unravel. With every new insight, I’m reminded of the endless opportunities to learn and grow, which fuels my drive to stay current with the latest technology trends. As a software engineer, my experience spans across military aviation electronics - including weapons fire control, communications, GPS navigation, and thermal imaging - industrial lasers, clinical and consumer-grade medical devices, and connected health and fitness equipment. I have developed mobile apps for Apple iOS devices from ideation to release on the App Store. Among these, I created the Pulse Oximetry app, a Bluetooth-connected healthcare tool now available on the App Store. My passion lies in Health and Wellness, where I leverage technology to create data-driven solutions that enhance lives. I believe the most successful systems strike a perfect balance between complexities of the system and the simplicity of its interface. My guiding principle has always been that a well-designed product should not require instructions. Effective problem solving during the design phase ensures that the final product is not only user-friendly but also a joy to use and maintain, leading to more productive and satisfying experiences. Specifically for consumer health, wellness and fitness devices. • Over one year of experience in Unity development in C# • Over one year of development in Unity plugin development (Objective-C, Swift and C#) • Seven and a half years of service in the U.S. Navy, including participation in the 1990/1991 Desert Shield/Desert Storm campaigns as night shift supervisor for a team of five.
