About Victor Fenik

I’m a finance graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a strong foundation in business strategy, leadership, and fundraising. Currently, I serve as a Campus Missionary for FOCUS, where I mentor students, fundraise, and manage large-scale logistics and budgets. Previously, I gained valuable experience as a Global Wealth Management Intern at UBS, where I contributed to client meetings, optimized CRM processes, and supported portfolio risk analysis. I also ran my own business, Power Graduates, where I led a small team while balancing full-time studies. Additionally, my leadership experience extends to impactful travel experiences, including leading a 15-person group on the Camino de Santiago With expertise in financial modeling, strategic planning, and team leadership, I am driven to create value, build relationships, and deliver results. I am always looking for opportunities to grow, collaborate, and make a meaningful impact. Outside of work, I’m committed to my personal growth and development. In the past year, I’ve read nearly 30 books to expand my skillset and gain new insights. As a community builder, I find fulfillment in leading others, particularly in guiding men to Christ and the Catholic Church. Also a three-time marathon finisher, I\'m passionate about living an active, healthy lifestyle. These interests fuel my drive for continuous self-improvement and service to others.

   In my role at Wayne State University, I cultivated leadership skills by mentoring 16 students in executing organizational initiatives and fostering leadership development within local teams. I enhanced my relationship-building abilities by connecting with donors and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and objectives. Additionally, I gained experience in organizing large-scale events, overseeing the logistical planning of a national conference, and improving my capacity to inspire and guide others through effective communication and strategic coaching.
