in 2026, i will be upscaling my experience and knowlege to greater hieghts by obtaining three additional certifications. Currently, I am a Chartered Safety Professional (CMIOSH) with over 15 years of progressive leadership across construction, oil & gas, data centers, events, aviation, manufacturing, hospitality, and corporate environments. My journey combines board-level strategy with on-the-ground execution driving HSE systems that not only achieve compliance but also unlock performance, sustainability, and resilience.With an UK MSc in Occupational Health, Safety & Environment and ongoing Canada PhD research in Safety & Environmental Engineering, I bridge academic depth with practical insight. I thrive in high-stakes environments where AI innovation, engineering, and human factors intersect, shaping safe workplaces while enabling growth.Roles I have delivered include Corporate EHS Manager, Department Head, Global HSE Executive, and HSEQ Advisor, learn from and leading diverse teams, scaling safety programs across borders, and aligning HSE with business and ESG goals.Beyond operations, I am an industry key note speaker and mentor, known for thought leadership in ISO standards, Environmental impacts, construction/MEP safety, data center HSE, and strategic risk management.My purpose is clear, to elevate health, safety, and environmental performance globally, blending compliance with innovation to protect people, assets, and the planet.
