   Consult on multi-level projects requiring extensive knowledge of hospital operations and medical equipment, strong analytical abilities and creative problem-solving skills.• Recruited to head up equipment management - a position that did not previously exist.• Currently manage $156M equipment budget for Beaumont Health System -3 regional hospitals and 20 outpatient service facilities. • Planning equipment needs for $210M in system-wide facility upgrades, maintenance and construction, including a new neuro-science center, emergency room and proton therapy building.• Completed $8M redesign of 17 OR suites, 1 hybrid room and 2 interventional radiology suites.• Completed new sq ft ER dept. plus complete imaging department with only $24M budget.• Saved client approximately $3.2 million (of $8M budget) on hospital O.R renovation project. • Serve on the Leadership Diversity Council as a mentor to encourage a diverse pool of leaders and promotion from within.
