Accomplished leader with more than 20 years’ experience in gas and chemical system management at multiple customer sites. Proven ability and experience in building customer satisfaction, managing service contracts, developing proposals, implementing process improvement, managing change, and resolving technical issues.Currently, I serve as a technical sales manager working with engineers in various markets including the petrochemical, semiconductor, food & beverage, agrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries. While I am a chemical engineer by training and a salesman by job title, I’m not really a nerd nor a salesman as you might expect. In fact, Ironman, Longhorn football, and German Shorthair Pointers take up most of my non-work time.
