Victor Benjamin is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Benjamin Management Group, Inc.(“BMG\"). Mr. Benjamin has been managing and selling properties for over 30 years, resulting in the successful disposition of thousands of properties with a combined value of over $4 Billion. He currently leads an expert team of real estate professionals that are committed to providing the industry\'s highest level of commercial and residential asset management services, real estate valuations, and real estate brokerage services. During the early 90’s, Mr. Benjamin served as the Western Region Commercial REO Portfolio Manager for the Resolution Trust Corporation (“RTC”) at the Lincoln Savings headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. While there, he supervised the successful disposition of over $250 Million highly complex commercial real estate properties, including the sale of the single largest asset in the RTC inventory. He then served for ten (10) years as the National Real Estate Director of the Commercial & Residential REO Departments at California Federal Bank in Los Angeles, California where he had full oversight responsibilities to manage the successful disposition of over $2 Billion in bank-owned real estate assets. He is a graduate of Arizona State University and is currently licensed as a real estate managing broker in twenty-one (21) states. Over the years, Mr. Benjamin has served as a panel member and keynote speaker for countless national REO seminars and conventions hosted by the Mortgage Bankers Association (“MBA”), the California Mortgage Bankers Association (“CMBA”), the REO Manager’s Association (“REOMAC”) and the U.S. Foreclosure Network (“USFN”).
