After my father\'s passing, I took over the management of our family business (\'SAS\') in hospitality and event services, with a team of 3 to 5 employees. Without prior experience in business management, I quickly developed hands-on skills in team leadership, accounting, and the daily operations of an SME. With my background in Product Design, I identified key friction points and implemented effective solutions. I redesigned the website and improved the direct booking system for holiday rentals and full venue hire. I also built a reliable network of local partners (landscaper, pool technician, plumber, roofer, etc.) essential to the long-term success of the business. I\'m now ready to move back to Product Design with these new skills.
