ABOUT VÍC PÉREZ

As an adaptive leadership specialist, Vic helps individuals, groups and organizations navigate the emotional, cultural, and relational dynamics of change. Vic is passionate about developing the leadership capacity of clients who face systemic challenges that involve a shift in mindsets, values, beliefs, or norms.​Vic helps clients build self-awareness, adaptability, and resilience, using the power of vulnerability and empathetic dialogue to help people connect their sense of agency with a shared purpose, developing mutual understanding, co-ownership of solutions, and promoting inclusion and belonging in communities.​Over the past decade, Vic has designed, managed, and facilitated a wide range of leadership, dialogue, and inclusion programs for leaders in the private, public, and non-profit sectors, with a focus on social impact. Before joining LEAD, Vic worked as a social impact consultant, government advisor, mediator, coach, university researcher, and lecturer. Vic also led the Spanish affiliate of a global LGBTQIA+ rights nonprofit and co-led a consultancy focusing on public leadership, mediation, and inclusion work.​Vic holds a Master\'s in Public Policy from Harvard University, where he was an Adaptive Leadership Teaching and Research Fellow, earning a certificate in Management, Leadership & Decision Sciences. He also holds a double bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Management from Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Vic has lived in the UK, the US, China, Spain and Germany.
