   Bain & Company

   Jan 2025 — Present

   My client work at Bain has primarily focused on technology strategy, with an emphasis on AI integration into operating models. My first project (~2 months) involved restructuring the technology division of a major CPG organization, defining ownership and management layers across tech functions (e.g, Product Development, Engineering, IT). My current project (~10 months) is a long-term AI integration plan for a leading technology company. At a high level, the plan has involved: 1) identifying processes with AI disruption opportunities; 2) conducting research on AI tools to integrate into those processes; 3) creating pilot teams to test tools before scaling across the broader organization; and 4) securing executive buy-in for AI initiatives.
