I work on estimates and bid projects relating to horizontal construction. I request quotes and do crew ups relating to all different aspects of horizontal construction. I utilize Autocad Carlson Takeoff OEM, Bluebeam, Autocad. Trimble, Excel, to do estimates on jobs that are bidding. We also use the sketch up software in estimates to accurately and precisely bid projects. Google Earth is also utilized especially in unison with the Autocad Carlson Takeoff OEM software to create KMZ files in which we can overlay different phases, color maps, and linework in Google Earth. The job requires fast turnarounds and the ability to work under pressure.
