Starting off in Finance (Contracts, Purchase Ledger and then Management Accounts. where I was responsible for preparing and distributing the monthly Accounts Information) I now work in the IT Department as the Group Business Systems and Cyber Security Awareness Trainer.Mercury, Social Media and Office365 specialist. I design courses and provide group and 1-1 training both face to face and remotely. Courses in : Mercury, MImecast, Office 365 Suite, Windows11. I provide training across all the PSD Group sites (PSD, Hoggett Bowers) in London, Manchester, Haywards Heath,(and previously Frankfurt, Munich, Hong Kong & Shanghai) to all levels of the business.I also provide systems support across the Group : Windows 11, IOS17, Chrome, MS Teams, Business Central, Jet Reports, Mimecast and Mercury, either at desktop or remotely via MS Teams, Teamviewer or Ninja Remote.
