   Safe Food Resources educates organizations through on-site training and public course offerings that cover everything from HACCP, to Preventive Controls to Foreign Supplier Verification to sanitation and allergens. You won’t be bored in these hands-on, group-oriented training programs because we make sure it’s easy to quickly apply what you learn. We also consult with food manufacturers and their suppliers. We partner with our customers to create a project plan and outline an organizational structure that supports a high-quality food safety program. We help our customers understand regulatory and customer based food safety requirements and work with them to design, implement, and maintain the policies, procedures and programs needed to conform to current audit standards. Then, we train their employees from top to bottom to make sure everyone understands what they need to do.We’ve worked with a variety of food product producers, ingredient manufacturers, growers and packers, and food contact packaging material producers, to name just a few. Our reach spans each of the food sector categories including but not limited to meat, sausage, seafood, salad, fresh produce, RTE, juice, dry goods, pet food, ingredients, etc.
