Currently an Improvement Manager within North Tyneside Council’s Strategy and Transformation Team, leading major change and improvement programmes across Children’s Services, Education and SEND. Working with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into clear programmes of change, establish effective governance, and drive service redesign that supports improved outcomes. My role also includes leading the coordination of North Tynesides involvement of DfE’s Sector-led Improvement Partnership programme, sharing best practice, strengthening collaboration and supporting partner authorities with targeted improvement activity. I shape responses to national reforms, strengthen performance and quality assurance, and lead multi-agency inspection preparation across social care, education and SEND. I bring a collaborative, evidence-led approach to business change, supporting services to embed sustainable improvements and deliver positive impact for children, young people and families.
