I develop and manage high performing supply chains for large global manufacturing companies. For over 15 years, I have turned supply chain in a competitive advantage for the company by improving profitability via enhanced margins and reduced costs while achieving optimal customer experience. Before moving to Supply Chain, I earned a PhD in Ch.E. at Purdue and worked for many years as engineer at Air Products. This training combined with curiosity, innovative thinking and a natural bias to collaborate and question the status quo helped in my pursue to improve process and systems. Early academic experience as Visiting Professor of Ch.E. at CalTech also fueled my inclination to teach and consult across the organization on a variety of topics.All this has been made possible with building strong relationships with team members. As a leader, I take pride in developing talent within my team and across the organization. I inspire via leading by example, enthusiasm and genuine interest for people’s growth and well-being. I have spent time in academia, worked for great companies, lived and worked abroad, gaining invaluable international experience.
