As a 25-year-old B.Sc graduate of 2021, I embarked on a transformative journey with the Gandhi Fellowship Program at the Piramal Foundation. Over the past two years, this experience has been instrumental in honing my skills and expanding my understanding of various domains.My time at the fellowship has equipped me with a robust understanding of system thinking, enabling me to comprehend and navigate complex structures effectively. I have developed strategic development skills, which have proven invaluable in formulating and implementing effective strategies for various projects.Project management has been another significant area of growth for me. I have learned to plan, execute, and oversee projects, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner while meeting the set objectives. My stakeholder management skills have also been refined, allowing me to build and maintain strong relationships with all parties involved in a project.One of my strongest suits is my ability to articulate ideas clearly and document them meticulously.
