I\'m called the \'jack of all trades\" in my role at Exelon. Logistics and creative concepting are a significant portion of my role on the team. I manage our events (monthly celebrations) and massive, onsite, multi-day events for 300+ team members. Working with guest speakers, serving as the primary liaison with host hotels staff, production crews, and event planners to ensure a compelling experience throughout. I develop and manage our events production schedules, deliverables and budgets. I brainstorm event branding and messaging with our comms team for our events which help drive attendance and build excitement.I work collaboratively with our comms team on creative concepts for our internal stakeholders\' collateral materials: newsletters, emails, videos, events and all projects we deliver. I enjoy interviewing and writing engaging stories that resonate with our team. I am the \"gifts giver\" for our project team members, choosing original items, working with vendors on competitive bids, ordering and billing, and managing the logistics through to delivery.As the \'tech guru\' for our comms team, I establish and managing multiple Microsoft Teams sites, content and membership. Excel is my favorite tool to track team rosters, production budgets, and metrics for our HubSpot emails. I also keep our comms team on track with weekly production schedules and task management.
