My role at Prescott College is teaching human development and psychology courses to online undergraduate and graduate students. The courses that I teach include Living with Loss: Studies of Grief and Transitions; Women\'s Psychology and Sexuality; Core Curriculum: Human Development Professional Perspectives; Community Psychology.I was the College\'s representative to the Navajo Nation Teacher Education Consortium for 20 years.In 2004, I donated a kidney and was on the United Network of Organ Sharing (UNOS) Living Donor Committee and the UNOS/Organ Procurement Transplant Network (OPTN) Board of Directors for seven years. I volunteer with Donor Network of Arizona. I\'ve been interviewed by the Associate Press, NPR, and other media outlets about living donor complications.
