I provide strategic advice to clients on a wide range of employment/HR issues including restructures (TUPE and redundancy), the enforceability of restrictive covenants, terms and conditions of employment, director\'s service agreements, consultancy agreements and day to day issues such as conducting disciplinary and grievance processes and managing sickness absence. I also assist clients with recruiting and exiting employees including drafting/updating contracts and policies and drafting and negotiating settlement agreements. I also support clients in defending Employment Tribunal proceedings (including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, unlawful deductions from wages) as well as the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
