My role is to lead the practice and champion excellent design. At BTP we have diverse dynamic workforce, which I am extremely proud off, 46% of our workforce our women, 83% have gained professional accreditation through our training programmes.Today the practice employs 22 talented people and we work on commissions across the UK from multi-million pound housing developments, through tower block refurbishments to extra care and supported housing schemes. Our sister company Design Haus specialises in luxury private homes for developers and private clients.
