More about me: I have over 30 years experience at EY, working across different cultures with senior leadership teams to drive strategic business and behavioural change. I am an accredited and experienced high performance team coach and 1:1 executive coach to senior leaders in both Private and Government/Public sectors. I take a pragmatic approach to everything I do, including coaching. I believe in encouraging self awareness and self leadership thereby building confidence, positive personal brand, impact and influence.
