   Joined Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences, Indore on 19th August 2024 as a Mechanical Trainer.In this role, I am responsible for training and mentoring underprivileged female diploma students under a CSR initiative sponsored by various companies in collaboration with Symbiosis University. Also responsible to trained B.tek students of Automation and Robotics to align university to industries.The CSR program is focused on empowering women through technical education in mechanical engineering, including hands-on training, industrial practices, and skill development to enhance their employability and prepare them for roles in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
