ABOUT VICKY JONES
EGL was founded in 2017 by me and my partner Steve: we had a dream to create a sustainable business for our three young children Thomas, William and Oliver. What began as “A man with a van” has grown into a thriving haulage business. 2019 was a fantastic year which saw the business go from strength to strength: we now employ a superb team of office staff, drivers, and yard operatives, with several vehicles and trailers transporting goods throughout the UK. We have a fleet of 4x4 3.5 tonne tractor units, cargo trailers and mini-rigs, capable of transporting loads too heavy to be legally carried by a van, making us an economical alternative for loads that would normally require the more costly HGV option.
