About Vicky Hodge

With over twenty years of experience in delivering purchasing, finance, quality and process management systems, I am a senior manager of organizational change management who enabled digital transformation and innovation at Vertiv and Yanfeng. I have a strong background in manufacturing process improvement, web content management, and business process, as well as a bachelor\'s degree in business management and travel and tourism administration. At Vertiv, I led the organizational change management strategy and execution for the global IT transformation program with e2open, ensuring stakeholder alignment, adoption, and sustainability of the new processes and technologies. At Yanfeng, I was responsible for the delivery design, implementation, and governance of the corporate IT quality management system, as well as the oversight of the web content management system for the global intranet. I also supported the integration of Johnson Controls\' knowledge and process management system into Yanfeng\'s and Adient\'s IT landscape, after working as a manager of SAP deployment, knowledge and process management at JCI for twelve years. My mission is to help organizations improve their performance, efficiency, and agility through effective change management and process optimization.
