Teenage clients have included several with learning difficulties, learning disabilities and neurodiversity – both diagnosed and undiagnosed.Facilitated on training courses delivered by the Tolson Institute to certify new practitioners in NLP, Time Line Therapy™ and Navigational Conversations™ Coaching, both face to face and online. Coached and mentored newly qualified coaches, 1:1 and in groups, to help them further develop their skills through practice, feedback and personal reflection. All Tolson Institute coaches complete at least 1, 12-month coach development programme.Developed and delivered multiple times, two, social prescribing programmes (each 12 hours long) delivered via The Isbourne in Cheltenham.
