As Offshore Personnel Manager; I am responsible for managing the crews for all of our offshore and onshore projects. This requires recruiting, hiring, and scheduling crew assignments for crew members. Responsible for arranging crew changes, coordinating rotas and to ensure efficient management and coordination of mobilisation and de-mobilisation of employees allocated to onshore and offshore projects to meet client requirements.
