HR and OD specialist in charities and the public sector with over 20 years Board level experience including the NHS, local government, national not-for-profit organisations as well as small and medium sized charities. I have worked in a wide variety of permanent, Interim and consultancy roles.My particular specialism is undertaking interim roles whether in a \'hold the fort\' scenario, to review a People/HR function or to undertake programmes of change.My work has included developing and implementing people strategies to meet organisational needs; designing and delivering transformational change programmes; leading and positioning HR services to support business delivery; and supporting Chief Executives, Trustees and senior teams especially at times of challenge and change.
