ABOUT VICKY FEAR

I am an experienced Office Manager with over a decade of experience with a proven track record in both small start-up companies, and a large multinational company. I create structured, efficient workplaces that allow executives to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring operations run smoothly and without disruption.Skilled in office operations, executive diary management, travel and event organisation, budget management, budget planning and control, facilities leadership, general office management and team support, organisational change, and executive support. Known for strong problem-solving, adaptability and creating an efficient and well-run office. Bringing stability during periods of transition, strengthening processes, improving financial control, and maintaining high service standards in fast-moving settings. I take a proactive, solutions-focused approach that enhances performance, engagement, and organisational effectiveness.Key achievements:• Upgrading the office from an 80s look to a modern look, using furniture that was in storage, saving the company money on storage costs, and donating the old furniture to smaller start up businesses. This project should have cost thousands, but in the long run saved the company money. • Fire Audit – when I first took on the role I was tasked with an external fire audit – not much was correct within the building, I managed to close off all actions in the audit within a few months. • Volunteering Events – increased the office volunteering from once per year to once per month which has an impact on sales and the social value the company offers. Organised 22 events in 2025, generating 278 hours of volunteering for 92 employees. Plus I love to help others, both nature and the community.Looking ahead, I’m interested in continuing to broaden my operational and strategic exposure, with the aim of gradually moving into a more senior operational leadership or strategic support role as opportunities develop.Fun fact about me - I\'ve played hockey for Wales at V35 masters level.
