Cause Entertainment is a platform that connected the development, entertainment and investor fraternity to use entertainment for social change. Led efforts on fund structuring, documentation (PPM’s, investment management, subscription agreements etc.) during initial efforts of creating a Fund, Majlis Investment Management is a privately held investment advisory firm (Dubai & New York), sponsored by two American families and one global alternatives research platform, with the goal - in concert with specialist investment managers to identify, validate, & develop customized investment strategies relevant to Regional clients.(Middle East, East Africa, India and GCC). At Cairn Capital, Mr. Dhir was responsible for building out the coverage in the REITS (Real Estate Investment Trusts) sector and opined on 10 global credits. Mr. Dhir was a deal team member for over 45 executed transactions during his tenor on the Leverage Finance team at Bank of America. Furthermore, he was instrumental in building out the firms Global Investment Banking platform for its off-shore initiative in India
