By sharing the critical tools for direction, focus, and growth, I equip clients to focus on their leadership potential. As a leader & coach I facilitate workshops, Juntos meetings & discussions, working with organizations & individuals to enhance their, direction, focus, and growth. I have over 17 years’ of experience with a business management focus, teaching the levels of leadership & growing people, to create systems & processes. My ability to think outside the box, for creative solutions in overcoming obstacles seems to just come natural. My own personal passion for self-leadership & personal growth in business and leadership earned me the Community Service Award from the Labor Council for Latin American Advancement. An invitation to the U.S. Pentagon & tea with a four-star General, for the development of a payroll deduction program U.S. Postal Service. Setting up quality control departments to writing manuals for government certification to - Author & facilitator of “Change your budget – Change your life” a 12 week budgeting boot camp. My passion for taking learned knowledge & turning into activity knowledge to share with other is what led me to become a member & certified coach with the John Maxwell Team.\"My goal-oriented outlook and passion for helping others reach their goals led to the creation of “Curve to Success.”
