Provide human resources strategic business consulting, currently in support of approximately employees and 400 managers in the US and partner with in-country HR resources for approximately 3,500 employees in India and Philippines. Currently aligned with a segment of the Consumer Operations group in support of Fraud and Claims. Other client groups in the past have included finance, offshoring, enterprise patents, risk management, information security, technology, architecture, contracts, facilities, program office, communications, cash vault, lockbox and wires – primarily supporting executives at levels 2-4 from CEO.
