I didn\'t choose my career, it chose me. My mentors saw something in me, I was doing naturally. I learned how a mentor can make a difference in the people they believe in by taking the time to teach; encourage; invest; and provide opportunity. Forty years later, many believers later, I am still doing it. I help people and companies achieve their goals, while accomplishing mine. I have led sales teams to exceeding their goals, managed budgets, forecasted, written marketing plans, monitored trends, and made a positive difference for company associates and our clients. I have been told I build strong sales teams via training and \"thinking outside the box\" so to speak. Assisting team members to target and penetrate specific markets resulting in increased revenue and new client relations through motivation and creative thinking has always been my way of keeping myself challenged. Whether I am leading a team or working independently, my outgoing personality, genuine interest in helping others, and competitive nature has been a proven win for me. Afterall, it comes natural!
