I complete short- and medium-term projects for companies who don’t have the time, resources or expertise to do it themselves. My focus: helping ambitious SaaS companies solve problems and implement strategies to- Acquire, engage & retain customers - Launch, rebrand & sunset products - Improve internal alignment & engagement My background: Almost became a dentist. Found my passion in marketing and communications. Realized my ability to manage complex projects and bring diverse teams together in GTM. Spent 3.5 years gaining 15 years of experience as GM of a real estate SaaS business, with full ownership of the P&L and leadership of an 85+ person, fully remote team (marketing, sales, product, tech, finance). When I started: 4 siloed teams, little collaboration, no clear direction. I successfully led that team through immense change (including M&A) while increasing alignment, employee engagement, and profitability. The business is still realizing the benefits of projects, plans and processes I put in place.
