In 2019, I switched to work within our back-office department, gaining valuable experience across our finance, contracts, referencing and credit control areas. Due to my breadth of knowledge and exposure to both front-office and back-office functions, I was selected as a Solutions Account Manager working across a number of our major accounts. This was a significant step in our business and this area has seen a 300% growth rate.
