Our full range of senior living options includes Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Short-Term Rehab. Assisted Living is available to seniors with a wide variety of needs. Each Member of our program has a personalized plan tailored to them⁠—whether they need a lot of assistance or a little bit of help here and there. To promote the well-being of our Members, our Assisted Living program focuses on independence. Members go about their daily lives enjoying our social and wellness programs, eating at our restaurant-style dining room, and doing what makes them happy! The main lifestyle difference is that they no longer have to worry about difficult daily tasks holding them back.Reflections at Summit Hills offers an innovative, person-centered approach to Alzheimer’s and dementia care. Our Memory Care program includes a variety of daily activities to stimulate the mind and body, a brightly lit environment to ease maneuverability and reduce stress, and a vibrant social and wellness calendar to keep Members engaged in their care. Safety is our community’s number one priority, which is why our Memory Care wing is kept secure to protect Members with symptoms of wandering.We understand how difficult it can be having a friend or family Member with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
