As an Assistant Principal and STEM Magnet Program Coordinator at Houston ISD, I have been leading and supporting the academic and operational excellence of a diverse and innovative K-8 school for over five years. I have a Doctor of Business Administration (Entrepreneurship) and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, which enable me to connect business with education and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration among students, staff, and stakeholders.I am passionate about creating positive social change through education and empowering learners of all ages and backgrounds.
