And, using my extensive knowledge of the real estate purchase process gained from my many years as a mortgage professional, I guide my clients through the many steps necessary to successful closings.Preparing properties for entering the market to sell is another area I enjoy immensely. The importance of staging and determining a sales strategy is underestimated. Presentation can \"make or break\" a listing experience. Steve Jobs once said \"the only way to do great work is to love what you do.\" Well.I love real estate sales, both working with buyers and sellers. My ultimate goal is to do a great job for every client for which I work!
