Began career at Kaiser as Supervisor of Regional Contracts. Promoted to Manager of Regional Contracts and was responsible for staff in both NCAL and SCAL offices, totaling 9 FTEs. While still Manager of Regional Contracts took over Content Management team for a combined total FTE count of 19 plus 8 temps. Lead purchasing system/item master conversion for entire Kaiser network totaling 8 regions. Moved from 8 mainframe item masters of 55k items to national PeopleSoft purchasing system containing over 400k items. To maintain minimal item master team while supporting one of the largest item masters in healthcare, worked with Production Support to develop automated tools such as contract loader, component interfaces, queries, reports and SQLs. Have ensured data quality standards by leading team effort to identify, design and maintain recurring DQ reporting. Am leading team effort to obtain, load and maintain GTINs as well as other UDIs to enable successful clinical staff barcode scanning and support of point of use initiative. Continuing to lead item master conversion efforts of remaining clinical inventory systems. Work closely with all Supply Chain Support teams: Product Support, Demand Planning, Transportation Materials Management and Sourcing teams to provide support throughout all Kaiser network.
