I represent health care clients with respect to a variety of issues, including regulatory, transactional and contracting issues, HIPAA and health information management, medical staff issues, and organizational compliance. I also lead Baird Holm\'s Privacy and Data Protection Group and represent businesses across all industries with respect to data privacy and security planning, management and breach rapid response.I am the a Past President of the Iowa Society of Healthcare Attorneys, Past President of the Nebraska Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and Former Co-Chair of the American Health Lawyers Association, EHR Affinity Group.
