ABOUT VICKI COCCHIARELLA

First and foremost, I am a strategy developer and problem solver, undaunted by the disorganization and ambiguous environments of startups. In my personal life and my professional life, I like solving puzzles and making sense of chaos. My experience within Indirect Procurement spans across the real estate, development and workplace sector, from facilities services to the negotiation of large-scale core and shell construction, transportation, alternative energy procurement, and beyond. I have a record of success conceiving, implementing and refining procurement and co-development strategies for emerging, cutting-edge commodities. I’ve created strategies to address exponential growth at Apple and again at Uber, addressing tight deadlines, mission-critical requirements, and exceptionally demanding internal business clients, and I have a strong ability to liaise between groups with differing agendas. I am particulary skilled at framing the interaction in a way that invites collaboration and partnership, and brings consensus, and I’m adept at delivering projects in a transparent manner. Historically, I\'ve been tasked with delivering high profile initiatives in their start-up phase. I aim to be a dedicated listener and thought partner to my team and business partners, nurturing and amplifying amazing ideas to move the business forward.
